Hannah Birrell probate documents, 1893-1894.

Seven items concerning a dispute over the settlement of Birrell's estate. Includes a petition by Birrell's daughter, Emma J. Patison, for the revocation of the probate of Birrell's last will and testament; a subpoena to several parties to appear in Court to respond to this petition; a typed draft of a response by two of those parties, Colin M. Boyd and George H. Mastick, executors of Birrell's will; a typed copy of a letter from Mastick to William Grant, attorney for a "residuary legatee," Euphemia Bull; a typed copy of a letter from Grant to E. Bert Holladay, mentioning the possibility of a petition for partial distribution; a typed copy of a notice of hearing and stipulation submitted by Grant on behalf of Bull; and a typed copy of the petition for partial distribution, also submitted by Grant for Euphemia Bull, dated Jan. 8, 1894.
